I understand and agree to the following terms and conditions upon purchasing from I Am The Vibe.
I confirm that my shipping and email address is correct.
I understand that it will take 2-3 days for my order to officially process.
I understand that once my order is processed, I will receive my tracking information via email and my package will be due to arrive within 3-5 business days depending on where I am in the US
I understand USPS is I Am The Vibe’s shipping method of choice.
I understand that I Am The Vibe is not responsible for any missed drop offs or rescheduled pick ups through USPS.
I understand that once my order has been marked and delivered by USPS I need to contact USPS and file a claim with them if my order is missing. I Am The Vibe is not responsible.
I understand that I Am The Vibe is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
I understand that if my candle is damaged during delivery, I need to contact Jessica via email/dm with a photo during the unboxing process included, within the first week that my order has been delivered.

I understand that refunds are given within the first 72 hours of my purchase. I understand that I will only be issued a refund if the item is defective. Please contact I Am The Vibe with pictures and wait for a returned shipping label to return your item. Eligible issues for candles include cracked jarring, improper wick placement, wick not staying lit. Eligible issues for room sprays include room spray nozzle not spraying. Eligible issue for incense include less than 40 sticks included in bundles.
I understand that I will not be issued a refund under non-defective conditions. These conditions include not liking the scent, the scent not being as strong as expected, a change of mind, or minor conditions such as labeling, minor wax top conditions.
